To start setting up a coupon in Estage, first log into your dashboard. From the top menu, hover over “Admin & Modules” just like you would when accessing the CRM.
In the dropdown that appears, click “CRM” to enter the main CRM area.
On the left sidebar, find and click “Coupons”. This is where all your coupons and promotions are managed. If you’ve never created one before, this section will be empty. Otherwise, you’ll see a list of all your active and past coupon codes.
To create a new one, click the blue “+ New Coupon” button in the top right corner.
Once you click + New Coupon, you’ll land on the coupon creation screen shown above. Here’s how to fill it out:
Coupon Title
This is your internal reference. Give your coupon a name like "BlackFriday2025" or "VIPDiscount" so you can easily find it later.
Coupon Details (Optional)
This field is for notes or reminders. Type a quick description to remind yourself what this coupon is for. Customers won’t see this.
Discount
Enter the amount and choose the discount type. Use the dropdown to select either a percentage or a fixed amount. For example, type 10
and choose Percent
to offer 10 percent off.
Coupon Usage Count
Click this checkbox if you want to limit how many times the coupon can be used. If left unchecked, it can be used unlimited times.
Dates
Click this checkbox to add a start and end date. This lets you run limited-time promotions.
Tags
Use this to restrict the coupon to certain users with specific tags. Leave it blank to make the coupon usable by anyone.
Products
Choose which products this coupon applies to. If you leave this blank, it will apply to all products by default.
Active Toggle
Make sure this is turned on (green) to enable the coupon.
Once you fill everything out, hit the blue Create button in the bottom right corner to save the coupon.
